My Grandma’s recipe for traditional Matzoh Ball soup

Deconstructed Haroseth Salad*
A delicious blend of mixed greens, apples, walnuts and dates served with sweet and tangy apple cider vinaigrette

Parmesan and Potato Kugel
Yukon gold potatoes, parmesan cheese and rosemary star in this highly addictive kugel. Can be made dairy free upon request.

Braised Lamb Shoulder*
Kosher meat available upon request (subject to an additional charge).

Dessert

Strawberry Rhubarb Fruit Soup*
Serve soup chilled with a dollop of mascarpone cheese. Or can be served alone (dairy free) for Kosher meat meals.

Assortment of Homemade Macaroons*
A mixture of home-made Almond Macaroons and Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons

Matzoh replaces phyllo dough in this Passover rendition of the classic greek spinach and feta pie

Sweet Pea Falafel with a Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Individual Flourless Dark Chocolate Cakes
